We stayed at a hotel close to DB Mall. the surroundings are very lively and there are many dining options available nearby. Our room was spacious and well-maintained, with clean bathroom and comfortable beds. the service was prompt and the breakfast was good, with a variety of dishes to choose from. the hotel also had a good view of the city.
The hotel needs to improve its payment method as we faced issues with our payment being wrongly charged.

The rooms were spacious and clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. the breakfast provided was delicious, with a wide variety of vegetarian options available. the hotel was conveniently located near both a bus stop and a mall, making it easy to explore the area.
The hotel lacked proper pest control measures, resulting in the presence of some small rodents. the noise level from the housekeeping area located adjacent to some of the rooms could be quite disruptive, particularly early in the morning.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was excellent and the hotel facilities were fantastic. I also loved the fact that it was located very close to the DB mall and easy transportation was available. The staff were very cooperative and the breakfast was delicious.

The location of the hotel is convenient for business travelers as it is close to the mall and bus stop. The staff is polite and cooperative, and the room size is decent with basic amenities.
The sheets and towels appeared old, and the bathroom was not properly maintained. the Wi-Fi was not working at all during my stay.
